The AUSTRONG team held their 2nd face to face meeting by teleconference in January 2022.
The 6 designed project alloys have now been cast as 30kg ingots without any defects.
The pilot mill hot rolling trials for the above material were discussed and rolling deformations and temperatures defined.
The lab scale hot deformation experimental conditions were also planned for the next phase.
